Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if you need help, feel free to reach out to us — our support team will always do its best to assist you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Since we deliver cooking and food essentials, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. That said, your satisfaction always comes first.

If there is anything you’re unhappy with — including damage during transit, leakage, tampering, quality concerns, or an incorrect item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, and we will make it right.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Once a refund is initiated from our end, the time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your payment provider or bank, and we do not have control over external processing timelines.
